Surin Residence combines the space of a five-bedroom Phuket villa with the convenience of a serviced resort. It is designed for families, several couples and groups of friends who want to stay together — without giving up restaurants, shops, massages, taxis or a beautiful beach within walking distance.
Unlike many large villas deeper inland, you can reach Surin Beach in three minutes through the park. The entire 512 m² residence is yours, with five bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool and access to the resort’s 35-metre pool, reception, restaurant and parking.
Is it suitable for a group of 10–12 guests?
Yes. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, six permanent beds and two additional single beds give a family or group room for up to 12 guests.
How close is Surin Beach?
Approximately 300 metres — an easy three-minute walk through the neighbouring park to one of Phuket’s most beautiful west-coast beaches.
Do we have our own pool?
Yes. Your group has a private pool and terrace. You may also use the large 35-metre resort pool.
What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Reception will help with arrival and departure.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
It may be possible, but we can only confirm it one day before arrival or departure because it depends on the adjacent bookings.
Can we leave our luggage before check-in?
Yes. Reception can hold your luggage, and you are welcome to use the resort restaurant and shared pool while you wait.
Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes. The Chava resort restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and many other restaurants and cafés are within walking distance.
Is breakfast included?
This depends on the rate selected when booking. Breakfast can be purchased at the on-site restaurant if it is not included in your reservation.
Where can we find taxis and car rental?
Taxis and a car-rental point are directly opposite the building. Airport transfer can also be arranged on request.
Is parking included?
Yes. Private on-site parking is included for guests.
Is there a kitchen and laundry equipment?
Yes. The residence has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washing machine and dryer.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence. Network details are shared privately with confirmed guests before arrival.
How often is the residence cleaned?
A full clean is provided every five days, and the private pool is serviced daily except Sundays. Extra cleaning, linen and towel changes can be arranged through reception for a fee.
Can you prepare a baby cot and high chair?
Yes, please request them before arrival so the team can confirm availability and prepare them for your stay.
What should we do at check-out?
Please tell reception when you are leaving and return the keys as instructed by the team. Detailed departure information is sent privately to confirmed guests.
